Heh.

Hate when the dogs grab your nuts. haha.

Anyway, I liked it. Simple game to pass the time. I do however found it annoying when you pushed both right or left and up or down it didn't go diagonal. You might want to try and put in a test case that when they are both down (ie. right and down) that the guy moves diagonal.

Not complex, but not stupid. Middle of the road game. Fun though!

Thanks!

Well...

I first would like to talk about the movie disregarding the song. The character was drawn marginally well. I think that you really need to study motion a little bit more if you actually plan to use this character in other movies. It is cute, but when it yawned, it looked kinda evil.

Ok, now the song. "Enjoy the Silence" is an awesome song! It was much cooler to hear it done that way. I don't know if you did it or not, because you did not credit Depeche Mode, or whoever covered it, but it was really cool!

Now whether or not the song actually fit into your "test", I really didn't like it here. I thought it detracted from the test experience. I would have used a much faster song.

Anyway, I hope to see this character in upcoming movies, cause he looks cool, and if his personality is based on looks, then I will be anxiously awaiting.

Good luck...

thnx, i would have put credits for the song but i don't know who the cover band is so couldn't

Neat-o.

Pretty cool idea! The tones are especially clear and the picture is easy to see.

I would, however, suggest that you either make some cool music loop if you press a button so that we have something to play aglong with. Also, integrating the keyboard would be cool. Maybe even being able to save little parts and be able to play them as an accompanyment.

Just to let you know, the middle d# is an octave too low.

Anyway, I have always admired musicians making interactive music programs. They are so fun to mess around with, especially when you don't have that particular instrument sitting around the house!

Thanks!

Well done.

I liked this game. Even the intro was cool. I did find that it went a little slow. But thats ok. You need a little bit more fun-factor in this game.

I also laughed my ass off on the first stage all the way to the right where there was nothing. :)

Keep it up, and better luck with future games and movies!

Neat idea.

You say that you are going to make a sequel of this, so my original complaints are going to hopefully be taken care of in the second edition.

As of right now, it lacks music, levels, and difficulty.

Hope the next one is awesome!!!

Not bad at all.

It was actually fun to make a gun. I thought at first that the pieces wouldn't look good, but they did. I was surprised! The fire part was also a cool modification. This sort of thing might be a cool addition to a shooting game or something...who knows... :)

Awesome game!

Good job you guys. I am glad the "after the demo" part of the game was just an entertaining as the "demo" part. I liked the addition of the hitting the board to kill that one guy. I also still liked the way you incorporated the cursor as your all-purpose icon. I did think that the last guy was a bit hard due to the fact that the window of hit was way too small. But, he was the last guy...he had to be hard.

Anyway, I am glad that this lived up to the demo.

Keep it up!!!

Thanks RedCircle, youve wanted this, so here it is, glad you loved it, coz it took us some time. The last guy was supposed to be hard, it even took me a couple of trys. But Glad you enjoyed it:)

Hey, just wanted to review!

Well...I have played it up the point in which you all stopped making it. (Right after you connect the wires)

I have a few comments.

First, you really need to work on the graphics. Make each room unique and different. Give the backgrounds some style :) I would also suggest working on the graphics of the people. I *know* you can draw a person. Most of the people in this movie only have 1 pose, so it's not like you are animating some hard frame-by-frame stuff. Remember shading too!

Secondly, you might want to consider making your hit-test areas a bit larger. The doorknobs are especially small. It was a little aggrevating when the people you need to shoot are only able to be hit when they come out of hiding completely. You also give the player about a half of a second to react to the Ninjas (which was a little too short).

Thirdly, there is so much you can do with the story. You resorted to making it about ninjas that took over a restaurant. Although it's kinda funny, it isn't as serious as this game is. In the future, you should work on it.

Ok...now that the comments are out of the way, here is what I liked!

I really like the find the weird object to continue you path method. Very fun indeed! I also liked that when you die, you don't have to restart the WHOLE game over. You just go back to the previous room. This really helps in games where you only have 1 life. I also really liked how the music got serious after you saw the blood. It added a lot of mood. Got things off to a good start. So, good job on the music. Maybe when you get a little deeper in the compound, the music could change into something a little bit more dramatic. I liked the fact that your cursor was not only the gun, but the touch tool as well. That was cool!

Awesome work you two. NOW MAKE THE FULL VERSION!!! I am dying here!

Outraged-Josh responds:

Thanks for the HUGE review. The doorknobs did piss ppl off, and we have made the diameter bigger so its easier to open. Those pointers we will try and work on. Kool review with all the critism and good points about the game. Right now im checking for more bugs.

Bad.

The intro was almost unbearable. The questions were pointless because you did not give us a rank after we took them...seriously, finish something like this.

Well...wasn't the worst.

Still, though, NG has the shooting tutorial that looks almost exactly the same as this, and it worked better than this.

Grind.
