That was FUCKING GREAT!!!!!!!

Man, let me tell you, I enjoyed every bit of that game. It was all the little things. From the tie-breaker, to the insanely hard questions. I'm impressed that it's a game you can play several times. You really did a great job with this one!

I have a suggestion though. Make the intro a little bit quicker and exciting. It's definitely worth playing, so you should have an intro that reflects how much of a kick-ass game this is!

FUCKING EXCELLENT!!!

Smoking-Chimney responds:

wow thanks a lot, and again if everyone played it like you, then I'm sure they'd like it. :D

Medium hard!?!?!

Are you kidding? My fingers haven't gone that fast since....uhh...well, you don't wanna know.

Anyway, these little DDR games are sweet! The first few were my type, because I suck really bad at them, but this one was insane! Hey, at least we have options, right?

Good job, the programming is flawless, and good music always soothes me. Keep it up!

Onigirlluvr responds:

Thanks man!! more to come!

Well, you have a good game here.

There is a lot jam-packed into this. Trivia, secrets, baddies. You sure used a lot of time researching how DK was setup. I give you props for that!

Once I got into playing the game, it was very fun! I like how you used all the characters in this as well. Testing all knowledge in all three games is quite challenging, but that's half the fun!

I'd like there to be more of a challenge scale in the beginning. You having to answer every question right or you start over can get quite frustrating though. Just keep that in mind.

Good job! I liked it a lot!

shimmy responds:

Thanks, yeah i should really put like lives or something then when u get 3 wrong u start again

Well, not a bad game.

Ok, why did you make it impossible? That one jump in the light brown box level was impossible.

Anyway, you need to clean up your game engine so that you can't get stuck on the tops of boxes. That got annoying really quickly.

The graphics weren't bad, and I felt like I was playing a semi-professional game there, so you did a good job. Just do some bug checks, and you'll be on top in no time.

MD-Confessions responds:

yeah i had some bugs i didnt realize. well i'm too lazy to change it now! thanx for voeting 6

Reminded me of my old Calculator game! w00t ^_^

Man, this was set up extremely well. Very random and fun. I like that.

Everything was coded perfectly, and I found no bugs.

Music was great. Not overpowering and it had a certain relaxed feel. Great when I was being chased by those coppers. Just capped them, and listened to that relaxing music.

Seriously, great game!

porksoda responds:

glad you liked it :)

Fuckin Sweet!

Wow, you all have really improved in you game-making ability!

That was the best game I've played in a long time! The difference for me between the last one, and this one, was the last one focused on problem solving. This one relys on different concepts like money, ammo, speedy mouse tapping =) and it was far better than the last one!

I really liked how you put everything together! Awesome.

I have a few pointers. You all should give the player about a second or two to attack the enemys after you finish reading the text. I found that after you pushed the "continue" button, the enemies started shooting almost immediately. That should be changed to allow the player to move the cursor up to where the enemies are before getting killed.

I loved how you incorporated "mutant monsters" in this. It gave it a "resident Evil" appeal that definitely makes it great!

I thoroughly enjoyed beating the game, and I highly anticipate the next one.

Man, mini-bosses too. Fuckin awesome!!! =D

azza343 responds:

Nice to hear from ya, I'm glad that you enjoyed it. I noticed that it was hard to move the cursor to the guy behind the crate too but it was too late to redirect all the goto actions,
I'm thinking of putting in a reload in the next for easier gameplay, thanks for the review

Not bad.

Yeah, there are a lack of multiplayer games here. I noticed that too.

Your game was fun. But since there aren't any other people around, I really didn't get to have the full effect of playing against anyone. I didn't dock points just because I couldn't play it with another person though.

I would like to see a game where you could play one or two player, and the players could play on the same team against baddies.

Anyway, good game, and good luck!!!

RohanDX responds:

The two-players on the same team was my first idea, but realized I have no idea how to program AI yet. Which is why my 1-player mode is going to be in the works for a while. I figure I'll publish it as a second game. Anyhow, I'll be updating this one shortly and resubmit for reviews/rating.

Fresh stuff!

I really liked this. I am going to get all my friends to play it. This was so worth playing.

The song never got old, and the movements were spot on.

You sir, rock!

Thanks for making this wonderful game!!!

trunks62 responds:

Lol... I'm really glad you like it... and I'm very happy to hear you want your friend to play it... it really makes me feel like I haven't wasted my time with this project. Thanks a ton for your review.

Heh...

Heh, I didn't realize you did this. I had to review it!

Well, the program as is, is totally boring. I got to browse the files, but thats about it.

The sounds were authentic and synced up well.

I could see this turning into an interactive Windows program (you know, for all those poor kids who have Mac or Linux...not!).

Anyway, fill it up with something (anything!) and it would be mucho better.

Keep it up SK!!

ShittyKitty responds:

Heh, I kinda gave up on this thing. I just now noticed your review! Yeah, yeah, it's boring. I focused a little more on the coding than the entertainment value (did ya try the DOS Prompt?). I had started on version 2 at one point (building each window from window pieces, rather than screenshots), but it got kinda complex, and, to be honest, I lost interest. Maybe it's my ADD side coming out. Think I'll just stick to what I'm good at: my programs :-D Thanks for the review!

Well...

I first would like to talk about the movie disregarding the song. The character was drawn marginally well. I think that you really need to study motion a little bit more if you actually plan to use this character in other movies. It is cute, but when it yawned, it looked kinda evil.

Ok, now the song. "Enjoy the Silence" is an awesome song! It was much cooler to hear it done that way. I don't know if you did it or not, because you did not credit Depeche Mode, or whoever covered it, but it was really cool!

Now whether or not the song actually fit into your "test", I really didn't like it here. I thought it detracted from the test experience. I would have used a much faster song.

Anyway, I hope to see this character in upcoming movies, cause he looks cool, and if his personality is based on looks, then I will be anxiously awaiting.

Good luck...

Frank-Uselesschris responds:

thnx, i would have put credits for the song but i don't know who the cover band is so couldn't

Grind.
